Account Deletion Overview

At Safravo Ltd, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the deletion of your account and associated data from any of our software systems, including DawaSmart POS, mobile applications, and web platforms.

This process is designed to comply with GDPR, Kenya's Data Protection Act, and Google Play Store policies. Once initiated, account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

Please review this information carefully before proceeding with your deletion request.

Covered Systems & Applications

DawaSmart POS: Complete removal of pharmacy data, transaction history, inventory records, and user profiles.

Safravo Mobile Apps: Deletion of user accounts, preferences, cached data, and application-specific information.

Web Platforms: Removal of user profiles, session data, preferences, and any uploaded content from our websites.

Cloud Services: Deletion of data stored in our cloud infrastructure, including backups and archived information.

Analytics Data: Removal of personal identifiers from analytics and usage tracking systems.

Deletion Process & Timeline

Request Submission: Submit your deletion request through our secure form or by contacting our support team.

Identity Verification: We will verify your identity to ensure the security of your data and prevent unauthorized deletions.

Processing Time: Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification, as required by data protection laws.

Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation once your account and data have been successfully deleted.

Backup Removal: Data in backup systems will be permanently removed within 90 days of the initial deletion.

What Gets Deleted

Personal Information: Name, email address, phone number, and any other personally identifiable information.

Account Data: Login credentials, preferences, settings, and account history.

Business Data: For DawaSmart POS users — inventory data, sales records, customer information, and transaction history.

Usage Analytics: Personal usage patterns, app interactions, and behavioral data linked to your account.

Communications: Support tickets, chat logs, and email correspondence related to your account.

Uploaded Content: Any files, images, or documents you have uploaded to our systems.

Data Retention & Legal Requirements

Legal Compliance: Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or tax compliance purposes as required by Kenyan law.

Financial Records: Transaction data may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and audit purposes, but will be anonymized.

Security Logs: System security logs may be retained for up to 2 years for fraud prevention and security monitoring.

Anonymized Data: Some data may be anonymized and retained for statistical analysis and service improvement.

Before You Delete Your Account

Data Export: Consider exporting your data before deletion. Contact our support team for assistance with data export.

Outstanding Obligations: Ensure all payments, subscriptions, or contractual obligations are settled.
